Ordering & Shipping
Babybox is purchased through the shopping bag feature of the web store. Please fill in all your contact information to the order form to avoid any delays in your product delivery. After completing the product order, you are directed to payment page.
In the online store following payment methods are possible:
Payments by American Express, Apple Pay, Master Card, Paypal or VISA
All orders are confirmed with email where information of the ordered product, price and shipping cost is provided. To receive the order confirmation you will need to provide an email address when placing the order. If you haven't received email confirmation, please contact our customer service.

Please note that delivery times may be longer due to Easter, Christmas or other holiday seasons.
We can also deliver the order to another address if ordered as a gift. When placing the order, please fill in the desired gift delivery address and contact information to “Additional information” field. If the delivery address in outside EU, please take in to consideration that the receiver might need to pay customs duties from the received gift. Should you have any requests regarding delivery schedule, add any details to “Additional information field” of the order.
Exchanges & returns
All returns need to be communicated with Ecolife customer service first. If you wish to return your order, please contact Ecolife customer service, info(a)ecolife.fi.
We offer 30 day return policy. After 30 days of the delivery we can´t accept any returns.
We accept returns when they are unused and in original condition.
- Original receipt or proof of purchase need to be provided
- All product tags need to be attached in original way
- Packages need to be intact
- Product with all the items are intact and included
Please note that the customer has the responsibility to pack the returned order in a same or similar way when received to avoid any breakdown during return shipment. If the product is damaged during return shipment, we reserve the right to deny the return.
After receiving the return, we´ll send an email to notify you that we have received the returned order and confirm if the refund is approved. After this the refund is being processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or other original method of payment.
We will either organize the return or refund the shipping costs for returning your item depending on your country. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund.
